These terms have an aim to specify and clarify the terms on which LikePay provides you a service of Memberchat and you using it. As an end user
"Project Owner" - LikePay customer, who registered a LikePay.dev account and created a project, which project id is used to run Memberchat on a particular website.
"End User" - authenticated user of the website, where Memberchat is installed, who uses Memberchat.
LikePay justifies activities of processing your data based on GDPR Article 6, 1.a: "the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;". That means that you and all Memberchat customers and end users give a consent for LikePay to process data for the purposes listed in LikePay terms and policies.
LikePay collects and processes your information to provide Memberchat service to customers and end users in the best possible way. Particulary we collect information to ensure work of the following functions:
Memberchat collects the following information about its end users through automatically accessing data from an authentication or membership service used on a website, where Memberchat is installed.
Right now Memberchat works with the following user authentication/membership service providers:

LikePay as a Memberchat provider has access to all data collected, but this access is limited to dedicated employees and officers.
Your name and avatar are shared with other Memberchat users to ensure users identify each other while communicating over the chat. You messages are shared with other users, who are members of the chat room, where each particular message was sent.
Memberchat uses HTTPS, meaning data between websites and our servers is always encrypted.
Before displaying messages data to you we authenticate you using authentication/membership service provider's token, which is signed by the provider. That ensures that no one will be able to use Memberchat on your behalf and see your messages data unless authorized with authentication/memebership service provider with your credentials.
Memberchat uses strick rules of permissions of access to user data.
We delete user data upon request of the Memberchat project owner. Project owner can reqest erase end user's data by sending his request to email@example.com. End user's data will be erased within 30 day since we receive a request from project owner.
Customers and end users can request and receive information about their data stored at LikePay. They also have a right to know how long LikePay plans to store their information and the reason for keeping it that length of time.
Customers and end users can request an access to their data by sending the request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customers can correct or update innacurate or incomplete information by accessing their LikePay.dev account.
End users can correct or update innacurate or incomplete information (limited to email, name and avatar) by updating the information registered at authentication/membership service, installed at the website and integrated with Memberchat. Data will be updated automatically when end user uses Memberchat next time.
You can request to delete personal information by sending a request to email@example.com.
End users should request deletion of their personal data through project owner request. Requests are promised to be fullfilled within 30 days of the request being received by LikePay.
Customers can ask LikePay to stop processing their data by sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Customers and end users are promised to receive a copy of their data in a csv or spreadsheet format, which is considered to be commonly readable.
Customers and end users can object usage of their personal information for direct marketing purposes by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such marketing messages.
LikePay has no control and no liability over messages, which end users or project owners exchange (send) when use Memeberchat. LikePay should not take any responsibility over any consequences caused by end users' or project owners' communication using Memberchat.
